Wedding day services:

  • Oversee and assist with ceremony and reception set-up to ensure every little detail is to perfection
  • Greet and check in all ceremony and reception vendors
  • Assist you, your wedding party, family members and guests as needed
  • Organization of the processional
  • Ensure a smooth transition from ceremony to reception
  • Make certain vendors are performing all responsibilities according to their contract
  • Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors on your behalf
  • Gather valuables at the end of the night, such as: gifts, cake servers, toasting goblets, etc
  • Ensure venue is cleaned according to contract
  • Will provide an experienced assistant coordinator{s} as necessary
  • Unlimited hours for your wedding day
